Meeting Fare Rules:
- Your group is entitled to a 7% discount off Alaska Airlines published fares (except companion and other promotional fares).
- You may book a ticket on the blackout dates but no discount will apply.
- Any change or cancellation after ticketing is subject to a service charge. All fare rules and additional blackout dates of the fare apply.
- All tickets must be issued online or by the Alaska Airlines Group desk.
- A $15.00 service fee will apply to any tickets issued by the Group Desk.
- Meeting Fare Codes may not be posted on websites.

Tour Conductor Tickets (TC):
1 TC ticket(s) per 40 ticketed passengers, maximum 5 per Discount Code. In order to receive tour conductor tickets, please submit a list of all tickets using the meeting code along with the name and itinerary of the tour conductor, to Alaska Airlines Group Desk at least two weeks prior to departure date. Tickets must be ticketed with the Meeting Fare Code to qualify for a tour conductor. Please note, blackout dates for tour conductor travel may apply. Taxes apply to the tour conductor tickets. Please encourage your attendees to help you qualify for the tour conductor ticket by submitting their ticket numbers to you after they have booked them on the Alaska Airlines website.
In order to receive tour conductor tickets, please submit a list of all tickets using the meeting code to Alaska Airlines Group Desk within one calendar year of the meeting and at least two weeks prior to departure date of requested travel.
Terms:
No changes may be made to this agreement unless they are in writing and both parties are in agreement. Alaska Airlines reserves the right to cancel this agreement immediately upon breach of this agreement or breach of the ARC/IATA agreement by agency. Alaska Airlines will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by strikes, labor disputes, government actions, weather or any other causes beyond the control of Alaska Airlines. Alaska Airlines reserves the right to change equipment or schedules. Should Alaska Airlines cancel scheduled service to any of the city pairs set forth above, Alaska Airlines shall not be obligated to provide transportation at the fare set forth herein.
By ticketing at the above levels, you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
