Alchemy is an annual regional conference hosted by the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).

EO Alchemy is designed to be a one-of-a kind 3 day conference devoted to celebrating Entrepreneurs, and providing to them the resources and relationships they need to continue building better companies, and by extension, better societies. Alchemy has brought together the “best of the best” formats from other conferences such as TED, The Milken Conference & The Clinton Global Initiative to create the fast paced, information packed experience our members thrive on.

Alchemy is by invitation only, and showcases the highest impact speakers in an intimate setting. Alchemy has preiously been hosted by chapters in LA and Seattle. In 2013, EO Alchemy will be hosted by our San Francisco chapter, at the Hyatt Embarcadero.

EO Alchemy takes place over a 3 day period, and has 6 main components:
- 3 Keynote Speakers
- 20+ (17 minute) speaker presentations
- Local off-site business tours & knowledge exchanges
- Workshops put on by the speakers
- Intimate dinners of 30-50 attendees
- Physical Activities (i.e. biking, scuba & yoga)
- Social Activities
There are various other activities and opportunities that take place, but the main focus is on peer-to-peer learning.
